What does it mean that the data from Google Analytics are unsampled?

Using the GA interface, we sometimes encounter data sampling, i.e., showing less than 100% of data due to the limits of the tool (mainly in the free version, but this may also occur in GA360). To bypass this limit, we export smaller data packets for you, aggregate them and include them in the reports. 

What if I use Adobe, Piwik or other tools instead of Google Analytics?

Not a problem! We can actively use any tool with a so-called API – an interface used for other parties to communicate with its resources. Contact us, and we will verify your options and give you a customized quote. 

Can I keep the data in my own database?

It can be done – we will send you our preferred structure of the data table and ask you for login data. Since we use Data Studio, we work with MySQL and PostgresSQL databases. 

What is the crawler that acquires data from the text and is it safe?

A crawler is a script that examines the HTML code of the website to acquire the elements of the report we have agreed to provide you. We have written it in Python, and we manage it exclusively. 

Do you need the assistance of my programmer?

In most cases, not at all! We know that in IT, there is never enough time. We may request you to add our IP address to the so-called white list, only so the crawler can scan the content and provide data for the report. 

What tool access do you need?

We will determine this together when we decide on the final scope, but we will certainly need to be able to grant access to an address in our domain and the Google Cloud Platform support address (required to use the Google API).
